We don't need no stinkin' Constitution.

"Terror suspects," "Terror lists," "No fly lists."
Call it what you want, I call it a NO DUE PROCESS NO GUN LIST.
This is something right out of an Ayn Rand or George Orwell novel. The politicians get together and say let's ban guns, but can't because of that thing called the Second Amendment.  Solution, create a "no fly list" with the names of "terrorists" and they can't have guns and they're terrorists so who in their right mind would object?   Oh wait, isn't that really just a no gun list where they simply call anyone a terrorist to self-justify it?  Isn't it really just selectively suspending the 2nd Amendment, due process and a couple other Amendments?  No, it's completely different.

FLASHBACK: Innocent People On No-Fly List To Meet Quotas

Michael Strickland Jun 25th, 2016 4:13 am 30 Comments

“Innocent passengers are being entered into an international intelligence database as suspicious persons, acting in a suspicious manner on an aircraft … and they did nothing wrong,” says an anonymous U.S. Air Marshal, back in 2006. This is to meet quotas set in place that require Air Marshal’s to make at least one report a month on a suspicious person."
